Joseph Rinkus is the sole owner and operator of his self-started company, LHC Construction Management. He began working in the construction field 25+ years ago, and has grown more knowledgeable and respected with every project that he has taken on. Joseph is a native to Pennsylvania, born in Tunkhannock, but his career choice quickly led him to Florida in 1992 to begin his construction journey. While in Florida, he worked on various projects that truly formed the way he was going to conduct his business. After years of gathering knowledge and observing the processes in which companies used to collaborate on their projects, it was time for a change. Joseph chose to begin his own company and conduct business in the manner that best suited his clients, therefore, providing the best results. After a successful set of years in Florida, it was time to come home. Joseph traveled back to Pennsylvania to live in his home town again and started making his vision a reality - making his clients vision a reality. Since founding LHC Construction Management, Joseph has fulfilled many of his client’s requests for ground-up – new construction and design-build projects, as well as interior build-outs and renovations. He and his staff strive to provide the best possible service while maintaining a cost-efficient budget plan. The factors that truly set Joseph apart from others in his field, is his passion and love for the work he does, and desire to form long-lasting relationships with his clients.
